We started because finding a caterer in India usually means a dozen phone calls, no two quotes in the same format, and no way to compare until you’ve already spent a week on it. Saffron puts that comparison in one place: real menus, real pricing per plate, and a quote request that reaches multiple verified caterers in minutes.
How we verify caterers
Every caterer on Saffron goes through a review before their profile goes live — we check business registration details, FSSAI certification where applicable, and require at least one reference event before a listing is marked “Verified.”
